Refunds

Cancel any time. If Bushra isn't for you, ask within 14 days of a payment and you get that payment back in full.

Refunds

• Within 14 days of any payment — the first one or a renewal — you can ask for a full refund of that payment, for any reason.
• Charged in error — a duplicate charge, or a renewal after you had cancelled — is always refunded, whenever you notice it.
• After 14 days, payments are not refunded, and a period you have used part of is not refunded pro rata. Cancelling stops the next payment instead.

A refund goes back to the card or account you paid with. It usually appears within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. A refunded subscription ends when the refund is made.

How to ask

Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles refunds. Either:

• reply to your Paddle receipt email, or use the link in it to manage your order; or
• email [email protected] with the email address you paid with, and we will arrange it.

Cancelling

Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep your plan until the end of the period you have paid for, then move to the free plan — your level, progress and history stay. To remove those as well, delete your account.
